| ABOUT THE WINGS OF HOPE
The public charitable trust has been registered at Kolkata, for a Pan India Operations & All India Funded Non-profit organisation.
The intended beneficiaries are any citizen of India affected by natural disaster or ethnic & communal clashes or circumstances which are beyond control of the ordinary citizens. Special focus will be given to any retired armed forces personnel of the country (& their families); Including the retired paramilitary or central armed police forces who have served in the conflict areas of the country (J&K, NE or Naxal affected areas).
The Trust has the following Visions & Mission as its core focus area.
Vision
To ameliorate & improve the lives of people, to include any citizen of India, who have become IDPs (Internally Displaced People), Children, Orphans & Widows affected by any natural disasters, conflicts & ethnic or communal clashes. This will also include those ex-servicemen of the Armed forces including Central armed police forces, who have been adversely affected by such traumas,
Mission
- To provide support for continuous education till class 12 or graduation
- To provide support for alternative means of livelihood to such people through training & skill development, wherever & to the extent possible
- To Supplement & provide care for Mental Health in cases of children or women Traumatised & adversely affected by such disasters and clashes.
