LT. COL. L. MANONGBA - (INDIAN ARMY VETERAN)

He is an alumnus of National Defence Academy & was commissioned into Gorkha Rifles in June 1980. He had an active military service for two & half decades. This included very active exposures in Manipur, North East, Jammu & Kashmir & Punjab during troubled times. Exposure in Kargil War added to the wide range of experiences, in most difficult circumstances.
Since then, he has had various important posts / exposures in the civil / corporate sector till 2022.

• Worked as a country head of Petroleum Company in South Sudan which was in midst of a 25 yrs long civil war.
• Had an epic experience to see “The birth of a New Nation – South Sudan”
• Elected as an Executive Member of the 1st Commercial Association of South Sudan (PASS).
• Expedition Manipur Parikrama – In 1987, he successfully led an expedition of trekking / rafting  for 42 days, on foot & bamboo rafts along the 1300+ kms of Manipur boundary. The team consisted of 40 members, consisting of young students, soldiers, DM college professors & adventurists of MAASI, This provided exclusive lessons on the most interior places in Manipur hills along the boundary.
• He along with colleagues pioneered the 1st All Manipur Armed Forces ESM Asscn in state & has been involved in Ex Servicemen welfare activities in a very vibrant manner.

Col. Goutom Sikdar (Retd)

He was commissioned into the glorious Rajput Regiment of the Indian Army & served the nation for 30 years as a hard-core soldier. He spent six wonderful years during tumultuous periods of Insurgency in Manipur and Nagaland. The Colonel has lived life with the mission to Empower and Enrich People.

He has had enriching experiences in various fields as  -

• Head of a premier Training Institute and Faculty for Soft Skill Development
• Executive Director of HR Consulting Organisation
• Founder Director of a Security Company for Security Coverage of Five Power Stations in multiple states
• CAO of a 400 bed speciality hospital (Oldest Hospital providing tertiary Eye Care in South Asia doing over 30,000 surgeries in a year).

CAPT. AMRIT KOIJAM (RETD)

Capt.  Amrit Koijam was born and brought up in Imphal, Manipur. He grew up as the youngest among six siblings. He did his schooling from Don Bosco Imphal and Manipur Public School. He graduated from St Anthony’s college, Shillong in Botany Honours.

• He was commissioned into the Garhwal Rifles & served in Indian Army for 6 years.
• During this short span, he did a United Nation Peacekeeping tenure at Lebanon .
• He has completed MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and worked in retail, whole sale and e-commerce , e grocery for more than 16 years in leadership roles .
• Being the most compassionate, he is truly a people’s friend.
• His biggest potential is “Giving back to the community”.
• He is a social investor & has been to various colleges and B schools for motivational talks.

SMT. LOPAMUDRA DASGUPTA

A mother of two children, an occasional writer, Mrs Lopa spent 31 years in banking. Core works.

• Her expertise involved managing and leading a contact centre in a multi-national bank, managing people, coaching, and as a performance consultant & working on group defined projects to increase ROI.
• In her second stint, she led and set up Asset Branches in the country and worked on projects to deliver a seamless journey for customers.
• She has tremendous experience on CSR and POSH committees and staff welfare committees.
• She believes in “A challenging journey leading different roles in body and mind, listening & trying to be part of an ever changing construct known as family & Larger Society”.

Mr. SRITANU JANA

As a proud alumnus of Sainik School Purulia and President at “Jana Human Hair”, one of India's leading export houses, Mr. Sritanu Jana brings a wealth of experience and a passion for making a difference.

• He is a prominent entrepreneur, founder and CEO of multiple successful companies, each with a significant global presence, particularly in China, Africa and European markets. His pioneering offshore business ventures in these countries has made remarkable strides in the world of international trade.
• As an astute responsible Indian, he generously contributes to various social causes, such as providing free education to underprivileged students and conducting charitable events for the welfare of expecting women and child education through associated NGOs.
• He embodies the perfect blend of business acumen and a heart dedicated to social causes. His commitment to transforming lives is truly commendable.

SMT. DEVANJALI SIKDAR

She is an alumnus of Lady Brabourne and Calcutta University with Masters in English Literature and a Special Educator (RCI Qualified).

• She was Principal of Little Flower School, in Wokha, (Nagaland) for four years.
• She taught and mentored differently abled children at ASHA School, Jabalpur, M.P.
• After her husband retired from active service, she settled in Kolkata. Here she worked with the an NGO MAD , mentoring children from the deprived section of the Society.
• For a short duration, she got an opportunity to teach English Communication, at the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology Sitapur, UP.
• She is currently working with visually challenged children at Workshop for the Blind at Kolkata and NGO Sayambharataa at Birbhum (West Bengal).

SMT. DINESHWORI KOIJAM

Smt Dineshwori is a Dentist by profession. Hospital administration and International Marketing is also a field of preference which help her pursue her passion & get opportunity to work with people who care about human values.

• She is a bundle of energy that keeps our Hopes High.

SMT. MEENA LOUREMBAM

She is a graduate in B.Sc. Nursing from SNDT University, Mumbai. Later she did her specialisation in Post Graduate Diploma in Oncological Nursing from the prestigious TATA memorial Hospital Mumbai. She has spent her life as an Army Wife, facing challenges that are most unusual and unknown to the world. The army way of life has enriched her experiences from East to West & North to South.

• She is very familiar & has lived, with the two most troubled but beautiful states & people of Manipur & Nagaland
• Her jobs have ranged from nursing as a profession to teaching & vocational training for soldiers’ families.
• Above all she has learnt the art of balance in life’s challenges of an army wife’s responsibilities, that of a caring mother and social work where needed.
• Compassion & understanding is her forte.

SMT. SHIRSHA CHOWDHURY

Smt. Shirsha Chowdhury, an Accounts Honors Graduate from Calcutta University with an MBA in Finance, brings a unique blend of skills to the board.

• With seven years of experience in the hotel industry as a revenue analyst, she now co-manages the family business alongside her husband, all while caring for two toddlers at home.
• Shirsha is a young entrepreneur and an exemplary mother, effectively juggling numerous responsibilities. Her passion for her work is evident, especially in business expansions, property acquisitions, product pricing, and marketing strategies.
• In her dedicated pursuit of social impact, Shirsha aspires to launch JHH Foundations under her family's renowned business banner. She is wholeheartedly committed to various CSR activities and remains actively engaged in making a positive difference in the community.

Major Samir Kanti Dasgupta (RETD)

 He is a graduate from the prestigious National Defense Academy.

• Served in the Indian army for sixteen years.
• He has a tremendous experience from working in the very grass root levels of remote villages in West Bengal after leaving the Army.
• For almost 23 years since 2003, he has been working as an International Civil Servant with the United Nations Organisation (UNO) in a Peace Keeping mission in Sudan & South Sudan.
